If you wish to make a change or cancel your reservations you must do it 48 hours prior to the hour and date of your planned check-in documented in your reservation.
In case do you should not appear at the hotel your reservation will be cancelled and a charge will be made for the first night.
Once your reservation has been completed issue the page titled "CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION" which will serve you as guarantee of the services engaged contracted. Keep this document until you reach the front desk of the hotel and show it to the employees of the reception. In case this is not done the hotel shall not be held responsible for any mistakes regarding the reservation in the price, number of people or services engaged.
